Welcome to the American Institute of Education and Training (AIET). These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Student," "User," or "you") and AIET ("we," "us," or "the Institute") governing your access to and use of AIET's programs, services, website, and online learning platform.
These Terms apply to all students, prospective applicants, visitors, and any other individual who accesses or uses AIET's services in any capacity. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

The American Institute of Education and Training (AIET) is a legally established educational institution registered in the United States and recognized by the Secretary of State of Arizona. AIET operates as an independent provider of professional education and training qualifications, including Certificate, Diploma, Higher/Advanced Diploma, and Postgraduate Diploma programs.
AIET does not hold degree-granting authority as a university. All qualifications offered are professional-level certifications and diplomas. Students are advised to verify how AIET qualifications align with their specific professional, regulatory, or academic requirements before enrolling.
Enrollment in any AIET program is subject to the following conditions:
You agree that all personal information, academic qualifications, and professional credentials you provide to AIET are genuine and accurate. The submission of false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes grounds for immediate dismissal from any program without refund and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Enrollment is only confirmed upon receipt of the required program fees and issuance of official confirmation by AIET. Access to course materials will be granted following enrollment confirmation.
All program fees must be paid in accordance with the payment schedule agreed upon at the time of enrollment.
Flexible payment arrangements may be available for selected programs. Any agreed payment plan must be honored in full. Failure to maintain agreed payment schedules may result in suspension of access to course materials until outstanding balances are settled.
Students with outstanding balances may have their access to learning platforms and assessment submissions suspended until full payment is received. AIET reserves the right to withhold certificates and academic records until all fees are cleared.
AIET is committed to fairness and transparency in all financial dealings with students. The following refund policy applies to all program enrollments and governs the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.
Refund eligibility is determined by when the withdrawal or refund request is made relative to the date of enrollment and course access:

Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days from the date the refund is confirmed. Refunds are issued via the original payment method where possible.
The following are not eligible for refund under any circumstances:
Before requesting a refund, students are encouraged to contact AIET to explore the option of deferring their enrollment to a future intake. Deferral requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be a more suitable option for students facing temporary personal or professional challenges.
All students enrolled in AIET programs are expected to conduct themselves with professionalism, respect, and integrity at all times. The following standards of conduct apply across all interactions within the AIET learning environment, including online platforms, communications with instructors, and engagement with fellow students.
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action, suspension, or dismissal:
AIET places the highest value on academic honesty and the integrity of its qualifications. All work submitted by students must be their own original work, unless collaboration is explicitly authorized.
Academic misconduct may result in any or all of the following:
All content provided through AIET's programs and platforms — including but not limited to course materials, lecture notes, instructional videos, assessments, study guides, branding, and website content — is the exclusive intellectual property of AIET or its licensed content providers.
Students are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials solely for their personal educational purposes during their active enrollment period.
Unauthorized use of AIET's intellectual property may result in dismissal from the program and legal action where applicable.
AIET provides access to an online learning platform to facilitate program delivery. The following conditions apply to your use of the platform:
AIET shall not be held liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or loss of data not caused by AIET's direct negligence.
AIET certificates and diplomas are issued upon successful completion of all program requirements, including coursework, assessments, and payment of all outstanding fees.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AIET shall not be liable for:
AIET's total liability to any student in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by that student for the relevant program.
AIET reserves the right to suspend or terminate a student's enrollment and access to all platform services in the following circumstances:
In cases of termination for cause, no refund shall be issued. Students who voluntarily withdraw are subject to the Refund Policy outlined in Section 5.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States of America.
In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your enrollment with AIET, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation and communication. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the appropriate courts in Arizona.
Students located outside the United States acknowledge that they are entering into an agreement governed by U.S. law and accept that disputes will be resolved under U.S. jurisdiction.
AIET reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms of Use at any time. When changes are made:
